Does this stepper have resistance? I know the bands are included but what about the actual steps? Can you make it harder to step??Back to product

  1. The "resistance" can increase by tightening the screw to change the adjustable height of the steps. But you will not reach the resistance level of typical machines you would use at the gym. But combining the steps with the bands will add the extra-resistance you need for a good cardio.
